Today, cadets were given an extremely rare opportunity. Cadets witnessed the U.S. Army change of command for the Commanding Officer of the 1^st Battalion 41^st Field Artillery Regiment. The Military Police were also generous enough to treat us to a demonstration using their trained dogs. They showed us how the dogs are trained and staged scenarios in which the trained canines are used. After this, a ride on CH- 47 Chinooks was scheduled but was unfortunately cancelled. Luckily, it has been rescheduled for tomorrow, and the classes that were scheduled for tomorrow were moved to today. So all in all, it was another successful day. We will take numerous pictures of the Chinook rides for parents to view.
