This new application system is designed to make tracking your application much easier. Additionally, it will fill in most information for the encampment application packet. Please follow the instructions below: Click Here for popup instructions.

  1. Register with the system and authenticate yourself
  2. You will see an empty screen that says 0 applications found (unless you are returning to update something)
  3. Click APPLY on the bottom
  4. Fill out all information correctly. Recheck.
  5. After hitting submit, you will be redirected to a thank you page. You will also be emailed a copy of your entered data. If you need to change your application, you can go back into the system and view your pending application. Additionally, your status will be updated as mentioned in the thank you page.

NOTE: YOU MUST THEN PRINT THE CREATED APPLICATION, FILL IN THE MISSING FIELDS, SIGN ALL DOTTED LINES, AND SEND INTO GA WING HQ

This system is not mandatory, if you wish, you may click on the OPS Order link to download the application and fill it out by hand. However, we recommend using this system if possible.
